My father once advised me to have "eyes to see and ears to hear," emphasizing the importance of not becoming enamored with my own ideas while overlooking the reality around me. To excel in marketing, one must remain open, adaptable, and fully engaged.

Hydrogen Health brought me on board to drive growth in the B2B employer business segment, broker/consultant relationships, and health plans. My mission was to dive deep into market analyses and craft innovative communication campaigns while working hand-in-hand with sales teams to roll out a cutting-edge marketing automation platform and CRM - HubSpot.

I designed omni-channel communication campaigns that harnessed the power of data, national and regional events, webinars, social media, and digital advertising. As the creative force behind a muti-million-dollar national advertising plan and budget, I took the lead in pushing our brand to new heights.

 

The results? An effective set of market activation campaigns that opened the door to new B2B prospects and unlocked $12 million in fresh sales pipeline opportunities.
